01.
BOQ PRODUCTION
Full measurement from drawings and specification to a fully coded bill, in your template or ours, to NRM2, POMI, SMM7, CESMM4 or your own bespoke rules. You receive the measured bill, a basis of measurement statement, an assumptions and exclusions schedule, the drawing register measured from and a covering note naming anything that needs a decision. We need drawings with revisions confirmed, the specification, the standard and a date.
02.
TENDER DOCUMENTATION
Fillable pricing workbooks for issue to subcontractors, with the tender brief, query handling during the tender period and analysis of the returns. You receive a pricing document with rate cells left open, a brief covering deadlines, provisional sums and specification status, and a like for like comparison of returns. We need the tender list, the return deadline and any commercial conditions to reflect.
03.
PRICED BILLS AND RATE BUILD-UPS
Rates applied from a maintained library, built up where required, with preliminaries, overheads and profit, plus the basis of every rate stated. You receive the priced bill, build-ups for any rate you ask to see and a note on which rates are benchmarked and which are project specific. We need the measured bill if one exists, the location, the programme and any known procurement constraints.

INDEPENDENT BILL CHECK
A sampled or full audit of a bill produced by someone else, issued with a findings schedule rather than a verbal opinion. You receive the findings item by item, a view on the overall reliability of the bill and the sampling coverage applied so you can judge the weight of it. We need the bill, the drawings it was measured from and the standard it was measured to.
05.
CHANGE AND REMEASURE
Drawing revision reviews, bill against drawing comparison, variation measurement and final account measurement. You receive a schedule of what has changed, rows highlighted against the previous issue and the cost effect where rates exist. We need both drawing revisions, the original bill and the contract mechanism for valuing change.
06.
OVERFLOW RESOURCE
Named measurers working to your direction, on your systems and in your templates, for a defined period. You receive named people agreed in advance, whose work is checked by us before it reaches you unless you would rather check it yourself. We need access to your systems, your templates and a named contact for queries.
WIDER QUANTITY SURVEYING
Quantummark provides full quantity surveying support where a client needs it: cost planning and budget estimates, tender documentation and procurement, interim valuations, variation and change management, final accounts, and contractual correspondence under NEC4, FIDIC and JCT. Available on request rather than advertised as a separate service line. Tell us the problem and we will say whether we are the right people for it.
