High-Rise Residential Tower

DESCRIPTION
Design and construction of a 27-storey residential building comprising apartments, common areas, resident amenities, building services, external works and associated parking facilities.
OUR WORK
Preparation of Design and Build Tender Bills of Quantities for the structural, architectural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing and interior fit-out packages. The scope included detailed measurement, elemental cost breakdowns, reconciliation between drawings and specifications, identification of scope gaps and preparation of pricing schedules for tender comparison. Measurement was undertaken in accordance with RICS NRM 2, supplemented by POMI conventions and local UAE tendering requirements.

Residential Housing Development

DESCRIPTION
Development of 136 new homes comprising a mixture of house types, associated roads, utilities, landscaping, external works and supporting residential infrastructure.
OUR WORK
Preparation of detailed Bills of Quantities for the structural and architectural works, including substructures, superstructures, internal finishes, fittings and external building elements. The service also included trade-package breakdowns, review of design information, identification of scope omissions and preparation of consistent pricing schedules for tendering purposes. Measurement was carried out in accordance with RICS NRM 2, with elemental cost reporting structured in line with RICS NRM 1 and recognised UK residential development practices.
