A measurement studio built for two markets
Quantummark Management Solutions is a measurement studio. We produce bills of quantities, tender pricing documents and priced bills for consultancy and contractor teams across the UAE and UK, to your standard of measurement and in your template.
Two years trading in the UK and a year established in the UAE, working to both markets from a single Dubai base. Every package is owned by a named quantity surveyor from brief to issue, and that name appears on the sign-off record issued with the deliverable.
OUR MISSION
Measurement is only worth what the checking behind it is worth. A bill is easy to produce and hard to trust, and the difference between the two is a process that does not depend on any one person being careful on any one day.
Quantummark exists to close the gap between winning work and staffing it, without permanent headcount and without the coordination overhead of an offshore delivery centre. Same time zone, one point of accountability, and a named quantity surveyor carrying the risk on every deliverable that leaves the studio.
OUR VALUES
ACCURACY
Three levels of check apply to every package. A measurer self-check declaration, an independent check by a QS who did not measure the package, and a commercial review before issue. Nobody checks their own measurement, and where a package is too small to separate the roles, that fact is recorded on the sign-off.
ACCOUNTABILITY
Every deliverable carries a named quantity surveyor. Every issue carries a basis of measurement statement, an assumptions and exclusions schedule and the drawing register measured from, so that twelve months later you can see who measured a bill, who checked it and what coverage that check had.
TURNAROUND
Dates are agreed against a fixed drawing register, with an interim milestone rather than a single end date, because a single end date hides a slipping job until it is too late to recover. A compressed programme is quoted with a premium rather than absorbed quietly and delivered late.
