Commercial Office Tower

DESCRIPTION
Development of a 32-storey commercial office tower providing approximately 20,717 m² of gross floor area. The scheme included premium office accommodation, shared amenity areas, building services, parking podiums and basement parking levels.
OUR WORK
Preparation of detailed Tender Bills of Quantities covering structural, architectural and associated builders’ works. The services included measurement from the tender drawings and specifications, coordination of the pricing documents, identification of design information gaps and preparation of tender clarifications. The Bills of Quantities were prepared in accordance with the Principles of Measurement International (POMI) and aligned with standard UAE construction procurement practices.
A NEW SPORTS COMPLEX IN ABU DHABI
PROJECT
New-Build Sports and Recreation Complex
LOCATION
Abu Dhabi, UAE
DESCRIPTION
Construction of a new 1,200 m² sports complex comprising indoor sporting facilities, changing rooms, reception and administration areas, public amenities, plant spaces and associated external works.
OUR WORK
Preparation of Tender Bills of Quantities for the structural, architectural, mechanical, electrical and plumbing works. Cost plans and pricing documents were produced at both schematic-design and detailed-design stages, enabling the client to monitor cost development as the design progressed. The commission included measurement, rate build-ups, design-stage cost comparisons, scope-gap reviews and preparation of the final tender pricing documents. Quantities were measured in accordance with POMI, with documentation coordinated to reflect applicable Abu Dhabi building, accessibility and fire-and-life-safety requirements.
